Communities in urban areas tend to have proved a eating patterns high in saturated fats but low in unsaturated fat. Consequently the risk of coronary heart disease is high. Maybe it's time held the movement like fish? Ya, These alternative health that we can get without spending a lot of cost to prevent various chronic diseases. =)
In a survey by the Health Department of the Republic of Indonesia, revealed that the prevalence of coronary heart disease in Indonesia from year to year increase, and followed the increasing number of deaths.
Earlier prevalence, the disease ranks number-nine-threatening disease, and ranks 4th as a cause of disease death. But eight years later (year 1980) prevalence of coronary heart disease ranks number-six, and ranked third as a cause of death.
Year 2000 has been the cause of death can be ascertained even the largest in Indonesia shifted from infectious diseases to cardiovascular disease (including coronary heart disease) and degenerative.

I probably don't eat as much fish as I should, but I definitely try to take my fish oil! It's supposed to be very good for you. :-)
